This second group, held during the month of June, has brought together colleagues from up to five countries
Velatia young talents, from different corners of the world, met last week in the second group of Velatia’s ARCO programme; an initiative to promote the development of young profiles in the different businesses that make up the group.
The participants, who in this group came from China, Spain, France, Colombia or Mexico, had the opportunity to discover the headquarters of Ormazabal and Ikusi, as well as the production facilities, offices and laboratories of different Velatia companies.
The main objectives of the ARCO programme are to give an in-depth look at the reality of Velatia’s different businesses and companies to these colleagues, to provide them with a series of skills that will enable them to grow personally and professionally and to accompany them in their development during their first years of experience in the company.
