The award, corresponding to the 2020 edition that could not be held due to the COVID-19 emergency, was collected in person by Javier Ormazabal during the 11th edition of the Bizkaired Bizkaia Sarean gala
Javier Ormazabal, President of Velatia, received the Best Professional Career award from the Bizkaia Business Network Association (Bizkaired) on 30 March. This prize, presented by Francisco Olarreaga (Iberdrola Institutional Relations), recognises Javier Ormazabal’s career at the head of Velatia, a family, industrial and technological group with more than 3,800 employees and present on five continents.
The award ceremony was held at the Bilbao Maritime Museum (Itsasmuseum Bilbao), where Javier Ormazabal thanked the Association for the award.
