The internationalisation award was presented at the 26th Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award ceremony
EY Spain has recognized the work of the President of Velatia, Javier Ormazabal Echevarria, through the “Internationalisation Award”; given during the twentieth edition of the “Entrepeneur of the Year” ceremony held on 16 March in Madrid.
During the presentation of the award, Javier Ormazabal declared that “internationalisation is the challenge I took on when I joined the company to give it continuity, which implies a cultural transformation of the company.”
The recognition of Velatia’s internationalisation work was accompanied by another series of awards to prominent figures in the business world, including Juan Abarca, president of HM Hospitales, Promede and the IDIS Foundation, as “Entrepreneur of the Year.”
