Wave Energy Basque Country and Offshore Wind Energy Basque Country
This event will also be the calling card of two new Basque brands relationated with the energy field: Wave Energy Basque Country and Offshore Wind Energy Basque Country.
The WEBC it´s an agroupation of the most important basque companies of the energy wave field, and it will be present with its own stand with the support of six known companies: Azti, Bimpe, Ditrel, EVE Mutriku, Tecnalia and Oceantec. In this space they will show the capacities of the Basque industry in this kind of renewable energies, partly because its technological and industrial development and also because of the characteristics of his coast.
By the other side, the second stand will be formed by Iberdrola, La Naval, Oasa, Ormazabal, Arteche, Ingeteam, Semantic and Tecnalia, all they named, this time, Offshore Wind Energy Basque Country. This consortium has the aim of showing the “Marinel” project, where 12 different companies have colaborated to design a new concept of big size marine transformer substation, thinked for offshore parks.
